Every single order placed on the www.i-nutrition.ro website will be confirmed by phone. One of the company’s representatives will call you before handing the parcel over to the courier company. Your choice regarding delivery and payment will be respected.

Product delivery is made to the address you provided in the order form. We use the delivery method chosen at the time the order was placed.

All products are in the manufacturer’s original, sealed packaging. They are insured throughout transport until delivery. If a product is not available in stock or not in the ordered quantity, we will inform you that it is no longer available.

The estimated delivery time for products is 3–4 business days via DPD. If the delivery deadlines cannot be met, we will inform you of the estimated delivery completion date. If you receive incorrect information regarding the invoicing or delivery of products, you have the right to cancel the order.

We also inform you that we make considerable efforts to maintain the accuracy of the information displayed on the website regarding the availability, price, and characteristics of the products sold.

Payment methods:

– in cash upon delivery,

– with your personal or company card, in complete safety. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code) logos. No additional commission is charged for transactions. Card data processing is carried out exclusively on PlatiOnline servers. The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that Woo Payments does not store your card’s confidential data but sends it encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank. This way, your information remains safe. Regardless of the currency in your account, transactions are made in RON, at your bank’s exchange rate. It is important to mention that for card payments, the transaction will appear on your account statement under the name i-nutrition.
