Return policy – products & dietary supplements
We comply with the applicable legislation and therefore inform you that any customer has the right to notify in writing that they wish to cancel the received order. The customer will not incur penalties and will not be held liable, and moreover, they do not need to provide a reason. This can be done within 14 days of receiving the parcel for food products and dietary supplements. For products in the accessories category (shakers, t-shirts, bags, etc.), returns can be made within 30 days of receiving the parcel. Therefore, the return policy is as simple as possible, and the customer only bears the transport costs for sending and returning the products.
Food products and dietary supplements must be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel. We also draw your attention to the fact that food products and, in general, perishable products must be returned exactly as they were sent. If food products or dietary supplements have opened packaging, their value cannot be refunded. For products in the accessories category (shakers, t-shirts, bags, etc.), returns can be made within 30 days. If these products show signs of abnormal damage (broken shakers, torn t-shirts/bags, missing accessories), according to the “return policy” section, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to refund only part of the value of the affected product, depending on the severity of the issue. These details will be communicated following the evaluation of the returned product.
Products purchased from the “Stock Clearance” category, if they are dietary supplements or food products, cannot be returned due to the fact that they are already offered at a reduced price because of their approaching expiration date and possible characteristics that may change. The remaining products from the “Accessories” category in the “Stock Clearance” section can be returned within 30 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
Therefore, if the returned products are received exactly as they were sent, the value of the invoiced products will be refunded, minus the round-trip transport costs.
If the products are returned in the same condition as they were received, according to this “return policy” section, the refund of the amount due will be made within a maximum of 5 working days from the receipt of the return.
For the refund of the amount due for the return, we need the following information: your first and last name, IBAN account, and the order number being returned.

We also mention that the refund (according to the information in the “return policy” section) will be made to the customer’s bank account. It does not matter which payment method was used when completing the order (cash on delivery or card payment).
