Universal Nutrition Shock Therapy is an all-in-one pre-workout powder formulated with creatine monohydrate, branched-chain amino acids, taurine, beta-alanine, citrulline malate, arginine, choline, caffeine, and an electrolyte and carbohydrate matrix. It is designed for adults who wish to complement their regular training routine with an additional pre-workout drink.

The powder has a Green Apple flavour profile and is prepared by mixing with water or the beverage of choice. Each 20 g scoop provides 24 kcal, 3.5 g of creatine monohydrate, 3 g of BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine), 2.65 g of taurine, 200 mg of caffeine, and added vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and choline.

Suggested Use: Mix one scoop (20 g) with approximately 300 ml (10 oz) of water or the beverage of choice. Use 30 minutes prior to training. Start with one scoop or less to assess individual tolerance. Do not exceed two scoops in any 24-hour period and do not take within 6–8 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
